Powder River Outfitters owns and leases several hundred square miles of prime hunting land in Southeastern Montana. Whitetails are really underrated in the west as is, but with river bottoms and natural terrain features to hide they can hit real maturity. You’ll stay in renovated trailers and eat family style meals.

Our camp is rustic, but comfortable. Powder River Outfitters is family owned and operated. We have been under new ownership since February 2014. Our exceptional guides have been with us every step of the way, and make Powder River Outfitters what it is today. We furnish all the equipment, except personal effects, necessary to make your hunt successful and enjoyable. Our trailers are heated, with electric lights, and comfortable mattresses. All meals are prepared by our cook and special requests can be made with prior notice. We care for your meat, trophy antlers, and capes as if they were our own. The client covers the cost of freight, taxidermy, and meat processing. If you wound an animal, it is yours and every attempt will be made to recover the animal, therefore no other animals will be harvested.
